摘 要:浅析了车用加热器的高温燃气流动、温度变化和燃烧室热损失,为了降低热损失,对数种不同燃烧室结构方案进行了台架试验,结果表明,适当加长燃烧室外筒;在外筒与内筒之间加高铝陶瓷纤维纸;或将内筒延长至与外筒等长,并同时在二者之间添塞高铝陶瓷纤维纸等方法,对降低燃烧室热损失均有效。The flow of high temperature gas,change of temperature and heat loss of combustion chamber in the vehicle heater had been analyzed.Several different combustion chamber structure schemes were tested for reducing heat loss.The results showed appropriate lengthening the outer cylinder of combustion chamber,heightening high aluminum ceramic fiber paper between the outer cylinder and inner cylinder,or lengthening the inner cylinder as long as the outer cylinder,and meanwhile adding high aluminum ceramic fiber paper between cylinders were effective methods to reduce the heat loss of combustion chamber.
