校内生产性实训基地的运行保障机制探索与实践

摘　　要：校内生产性实训基地作为高职院校实训平台建设的重要形式和方向,是培养技术型人才有效的教育模式之一,但是基地的顺利运行和可持续发展是一个重点和难度。本文结合校内生产性实训基地运行实践,从校企合作利益保障机制、基地校企共管机构建立和运行、基地运行管理机制、基地效益评判体系等方面探讨基地的运行保障机制的构建思路,初步解决基地的运行过程中出现的问题,基本实现学校、企业、学生的三方共赢。The intramural productive training base is important form and direction of construction of vocational college training base;also it is an effective educational model of cultivation of technical talents.However,the smooth operation and sustainable development is a difficulty and keystone.Based on operational practice of intramural productive training base,this paper researches the operation security mechanism of the base,which includes benefit security mechanism of cooperation between school and company,the establishment and operation of common management organs of the base,the operational management mechanism of the base,the evaluation of benefit system of base and so on.The problems in base operational process are solved primarily and a win-win outcome between college,company and student is realized.
