摘　　要：高职院校的连年扩招和不景气的经济形势,使得高职毕业生的就业压力重重。针对这种新的形势,高职英语教学以就业为导向的改革具有极其重要的意义。本文就高职英语教育为满足就业岗位对英语实用能力的需求,应该从哪些方面进行改革进行探讨,提出了若干建议。Due to enrollment expansion of higher vocational college and the economic downturn,the higher vocational graduates' employment pressure is high.According to this new situation,employment-oriented higher vocational English teaching reform has very important significance.In this paper,in order to meet the employment needs of English practical ability,the autor discusses in which aspects higher vocational English education reform should be carried on and puts forward some suggestions on it.
