摘　　要：卓越工程师人才培养是工程技术人才培养的重要渠道,针对当前高速铁路测量手段变革的现状,借助开放式、多层次测量新技术学习,依托铁路建设单位实践教学基地,学校不断深化人才培养手段的改革创新,强化校企共建、产学研衔接,初步形成了卓越工程技术人才测量技能培养体系,为造就面向现场的高素质测绘技术人才做了有益探索,并取得了阶段性成果。Preeminent engineer training program is an important means of training engineers.In a time when high-speed railway surveying is going through rapid revolutionary changes,the university is constantly innovating its personnel training mode by studying the new surveying technologies and by using railway construction units as its practical teaching base.Thus,by industry-university-research connection,preeminent engineer training system is partly formed.In this way,an exploration on talent training has been conducted and a progressive achievement has been made.
