摘　　要：创业实践活动之所以能够成为创业教育的重要组成部分,主要在于实践活动对学生形成创业基本素质具有决定性的作用,因为学生的创业能力,只有在创业实践活动中才能形成和提高。高校的创新创业人才培养应该从实践教学手段的创新、合理的实践教学管理体系来架构,才能培养具有创新创业能力的复合型人才。The reason why entrepreneurship practice became an important component is it plays a cruscial role in forming the students' entrepreneurship quality,the students' innovative ability can be improved only in the practice activities.The cultivation innovation and entrepreneurship talents in universities should be frameworked on the basis of innovation of teaching means and teaching management system,then they can educate compound talents.
