摘 要:目的:探讨PBL模式在普外科临床见习中应用的优势。方法:随机在普外科参加临床见习的学生中抽取60名分为两组,分别接受PBL教学和LBL教学,见习结束后进行考试和不记名问卷调查。结果:考试成绩PBL组总分及病例分析分数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示PBL组学生对普外科见习明显更感兴趣,在查阅资料、自学、语言表达能力、教学方法满意能力与对照组学生比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:PBL模式能激发学生对普外科见习的浓厚兴趣,提升教学质量。Objective: Discussion on PBL mode in department of general surgery clinical advantages in application.Methods: Random in the department of general surgery to participate in clinical clerkship students from 60 before two groups,respectively,to accept the PBL instruction and LBL teaching,internship after the end of the examination and questionnaire investigation.Results: Score and case analysis scores of PBL group of test scores significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the survey results show that the PBL group of students are significantly more interested in general surgery trainee in access to information,self-learning,language skills,teaching methods satisfied with the capacity compared with control group students,significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: The PBL model can stimulate students ' strong interest in general surgery trainee and improve teaching quality.
