摘  要:采用规范分析与实证分析相结合的研究方法,以各高校大学生为样本,对其学校归属感问题进行了研究与探讨。首先,对国内外的相关理论研究进行了回顾,同时参考已有的实证研究成果对大学生学校归属感的影响因素进行了梳理;其次,结合测试问卷结果与访谈结论,构建了大学生学校归属感的理论模型,界定了影响大学生学校归属感的因素,并通过问卷调查与数理统计分析方法对该模型进行了验证;最后,根据研究结论,对如何提高大学生学校归属感提出相应的建议并做出了展望。This paper adopts the normative analysis and empirical research methods,taking college students in various colleges and universities as the samples,to conduct a research on college students' sense of school belonging.Firstly,a review is made on the related domestic research,combined with the test questionnaire and interviews to sort out the influencing factors of the students' sense of school belonging,and a more comprehensive and in-depth investigation is conducted;Secondly,referring to existing empirical researches,combined with the results of the test questionnaire and interview findings,the paper tends to build a theoretical model of college students' sense of school belonging,and to define the factors affecting college students' sense of school belonging;Finally,according to research findings,the paper proposes appropriate recommendations and outlook on how to enhance students' sense of school belonging.
