摘　　要：目的:分析和评价小儿骨穿模型在骨髓穿刺教学中的应用效果。方法:采用小儿骨穿模型(美国纳斯),对100名医学本科五年级学生进行骨穿教学。实验分为两组:模型组(MOD组,n=50)和多媒体组(MM组,n=50),分别进行模型训练和多媒体教学,然后通过理论测试、操作测试以及问卷调查来评估教学效果。结论:采用小儿骨穿模型进行骨穿教学,不仅可以明显提高学生的操作能力,而且可作为有效的考评工具或方法。Objective:To analyze and evaluate the effect of life intraosseous infusion simulator on bone marrow puncture training.Methods:100 four-grade undergraduate medical students practiced bone marrow puncture.All students were divided into two groups:group MOD(model) and group MM(multi-media).After MOD and MM teaching,the principle thesis test,the operational test and the questionnaire survey were performed to evaluate the teaching effect.Conclusions:With such practices,life intraosseous infusion simulator was proved to be good for improving clinical practical skills and may be a useful test method.
