摘　　要：随着改革开放的逐步深入和社会主义市场经济的不断完善和发展,我国与世界各国在政治、经济、文化等领域的沟通与交流日益频繁。新形势下,高师院校英语专业学生的就业环境和就业形势发生了很大改变,就业问题愈加突显。如何提高学生的就业潜力、实现最大程度就业、减轻国家整体就业负担成为摆在人们面前的突出的社会问题和政治问题。把德育列为教学的首要任务,既有利于提高教师的道德水平,加强教师专业发展,又有利于学生的道德提升和综合素质的提高,促进学生全面发展,进而提高学生的就业潜力。With the development of the society,the political and economic exchanges and cooperation with other countries are improved.Under new situations and circumstances,the employment environment of English majors of normal universities has changed greatly.How to improve graduates' potential employment abilities is a prominent social problem and political problem.Emphasizing the importance of moral education can both enhance the growth of teachers and students.
