摘　　要：任务型教学是产生于欧洲的一种较新的教学方法,在我国地方性院校实施任务型教学既有有利的一面也有不利的一面。认清其利弊将有助于我们明智地利用它来促进大学英语教学改革。At present,a lot of Chinese college English teachers in local colleges are trying to apply TBLT in their teaching practice.TBLT,as a relatively new language teaching method originated from Europe,brings both positive and negative effects to college English teaching.A better understanding of both sides of its effects will be of some help to local colleges' English teaching reform.
