摘　　要：翻译本质上是一种跨语言文化的交流活动,这意味着译者要遵守相关的伦理规则,明确自己的职责。如何处理主体间关系,协调文化间冲突,伦理学为此提供了崭新视角。翻译研究的伦理回归为译者的职责提供了理论上的依据。译者应以忠实于原作、尊重原作完整性、推动母语发展为己任,在翻译中既要为源语文化负责,也要为目的语文化负责,促进文化的和谐发展。Translation is a kind of cross-cultural communication by nature,which means translators should abide by the relevant norms and ethics and remain clear about their responsibilities while conducting translation activities.The study of ethics provides a brand-new perspective on dealing with the intersubjectivity relationship and coordinating the conflicts between cultures.The Return of Ethics in translation studies provides theoretical basis to clearly state translators' duty and responsibility in translation activity.Translators take responsibilities for keeping loyal to the source text,respecting the wholeness of the original works and enhancing the development of mother tongue.They should be responsible to the source language culture and the target language culture in order to promote the harmonious development of cultures.
