摘　　要：《浮生六记》中的女主人公芸和《黛西·米勒》中的黛西给她们的读者留下了深刻的印象,而她们不幸的结局更让读者扼腕不已。当时社会时代背景的影响以及两者的性格弱点是她们过早走向生命终点的主要原因。Yun,the heroine of Six Chapters of a Floating Life,and Daisy,the protagonist of Daisy Miller impress strongly upon their readers.They,however,show deep sympathy for their tragic life,ascribed to the social background and the personality of the women.
