摘　　要：规模化的跨民族聚居区职业教育工程,对于中国还是新生事物。以"9+3"教育工程为例,其具有政治性、计划性、义务性等特征,涉及跨区招生、跨区培养、跨区就业等适应性问题,且影响大、涉及面广、投入高、组织实施难度大。稳定生源,加强管理,协调职业教育与当地习俗和生产生活的关系,是跨区教育进一步发展需处理好的必要环节。The large-scale cross-region vocational education for minorities is a new thing in China.Taking'9+3'educa tion project as the case,this kind of education has the characteristics of politics,obligatory and planning,and it involves the problems of recruiting,talent cultivation and employment in different regions,which also has great impacts and high investment and is difficult to implement.To ensure the origin of students,strengthen management and coordinate the rela tionship between vocational education and local customs and production are important steps for the further development of the crossing-region education.
