中等职业教育资助体系的历史考察——以江西省为例

摘　　要：进入新世纪,加快发展职业教育再次成为中央乃至地方政府必须面对的重要议题。为此,在中央政府的政策支持下,各级地方政府不断强化对中等职业教育资助体系的建构力度,以通过降低个体成本投入来缓解中职教育日趋下滑的吸引力。实践证明,虽然这一政策本身缺乏内生性的动力源,但也在一定程度上扭转了中职教育规模下滑的趋势,呈现出积极的正态效应。After entering in the new century,accelerating the development of vocational education has once again become an important issue of the government.Therefore,under the support of the central government,various local governments strengthened the construction of subsidization system for secondary vocational education,which aims to reduce individual cost investment and increase the attractiveness of vocational education.The practice proved that although this policy itself lack endogenous power source,but also to a certain extent,it reversed the decline of secondary vocational education scale,and showed a positive effect.
