“大学生创新性实验计划”与医学本科生教学相结合的研究

摘　　要：“大学生创新性实验计划”是上海交通大学医学院本科教学质量与教学改革工程重要组成部分之一,着力构筑以问题和课题为核心的教学模式,倡导以学生为主体的创新性人才培养.该计划实施4年多,有效地提升了学生的创新精神、实践能力、科学作风以及学习主动性,有效地转变了教师的教学理念,并营造了良好的创新实践氛围.在该计划的实施过程中也存在着学生选题的开凿点过大、样本量较少等问题,存在着“为做实验而做实验”的现象.为完善该计划,建立“大学生创新性实验计划”项目长效机制,推广该计划实施理念；构建相关交流平台,营造创新文化氛围.The college students innovative test project,which advocates student-centered teaching pattern focusing on questions and subjects is an important component of the project on undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform in medical college of Shanghai Jiao Tong university.The innovative test project has effectively fostered the innovative spirits,practical abilities,scientific attitudes and learning initiatives of the college students after being implementing for more than four years.Besides,it has changed the teaching philosophy of teachers and created a favorable atmosphere of innovative practice.Several problems have emerged during the implementation of the project including broad topics,limited sample size and incorrect motives for doing tests.Exclusive mechanism aiming at the long-term effect of the project should be established, the concept of the project should be promoted and the communication platform should be built in order to consummate this project.
