摘　　要：考务管理是高等职业教育管理的重要组成部分,严格可行的考务管理能有效地提高高等职业教育的教学质量。当前,高等职业教育中制度管理松散、试卷管理与评价体系不完善、考试形式与内容的不完善制约着教学质量的提升。可以在以下几个方面解决考务管理的不足:建立完善的考务管理制度、试卷管理与严谨的评价体系。进一步加强改革试卷分析评价体系,改革考试组织形式,充分利用信息化等现代教学管理手段建设题库系统。Examination management is an indispensable part of higher vocational education.Strict and feasible examination management can effectively improve teaching quality.At present,loose test management system incomplete paper management and evaluation system,imperfect examination form and content restricts the improvement of teaching quality.Examination management problem can be solved through establishing comprehensive test management system,paper management and rigorous evaluation system so as to further enhance the analysis and evaluation system,reform the examination forms and make full use of information technology and other modern teaching means to build the exercise system.
