摘　　要：通过调查涉外企业对商务英语人才的需求,研究商务英语学生就业能力的组成要素。从培养学生的职业生涯意识、行业知识与技能、综合职业能力的角度出发,分别提出改进措施,即实行全程职业辅导、实施通识教育、开设综合实践课程,从而使专业教育更加适应经济发展的需要,以此来提升高职商务英语专业学生的就业能力。@@@@The components of employability of Business English major students are studied through a survey on foreign-related enterprises’ demand for such talents. Therefore, several strategies are put forward to cultivate students’career awareness, industry knowledge and comprehensive vocational ability, such as overall career counseling services, general education and integrated courses of practice, in order to meet the demands of economic development and improve the employability of Business English major students.
