摘 要:文章以组织公民行为和工作场所偏离行为作为正反两个方面来检验源于港台的家长式领导理论在大陆企业中的领导效能,在调查数据的基础上,运用SPSS和LISREL统计分析软件,采用信度分析、效度分析、相关分析和验证性因子分析等实证方法,研究了家长式领导对企业员工的组织公民行为和工作场所偏离行为的作用以及工作满意感在这些影响中的中介作用。结果发现,家长式领导对工作满意感、组织公民行为存在显著的正向影响,对工作场所偏离行为有显著的负向影响。并且,工作满意感是家长式领导与组织公民行为关系中的部分中介变量,是家长式领导与工作场所偏离行为关系中的完全中介变量。This paper takes organizational citizen behavior as a positive variable while workplace deviant behavior as a negative variable to verify in China mainland the leadership effectiveness of paternalistic leadership derived by Taiwan and Hong Kong scholars.The empirical analysis of questionnaire data has been conducted with the impact of paternalistic leadership on employee's organizational citizenship behavior and workplace deviance and the mediating effect of job satisfaction through SPSS and LISREL.The results show that paternalistic leadership has significant positive influence on employee's job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and negative impact on workplace deviance.The positive relationship between paternalistic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior is partially mediated by job satisfaction, and the negative relationship between paternalistic leadership and workplace deviance is fully mediated by job satisfaction.
