摘　　要：对医学生综合素质的培养,精湛的医疗技术与深厚的人文素养同样重要。人文素养为医学生的医疗行为提供导向及支撑,提高医学生的心理学素养,有助于医学生掌握患者及家属的心理特征及心理需要,在医患沟通中有的放矢,更好地为患者提供医疗服务。In the training of medical students' comprehensive quality,skillful medical technical skills and deep humanistic qualities are equally important.Humanistic quality provides guidance and support for the medical students' medical practices.The object of the medical activities is patients and their families,existing complex psychological state when facing the disease.Therefore,it is very important to enhance the cultural awareness of humanistic quality education,to study the status of psychological quality education,to integrate the training resources and methods,then to improve the psychological literacy of medical students.These methods can help medical students to master the psychological characteristics and psychological needs of patients and their families,bringing a targeted doctor-patient communication.Meanwhile,these methods can also optimize their own psychological state,supporting better humanistic quality in the medical services for patients.
