摘  要:随着医院、科室间竞争加剧,临床、科研成为科室发展的中坚力量,相比之下,教学已成为教学医院的薄弱环节。七年制学生具有较强的思维能力,在临床课程学习以及见习期间,实习之前,如果能够设立临床导师,对为期两年的临床专业课学习阶段的临床实践进行全面的指导、释疑,对基础与临床的衔接无疑起到了重大作用。对打造综合素质高,动手能力强的七年制卓越中医专业人才具有重要的意义。With the change of environment in market,the competition has become more and more drastic.Clinical and scientific research field become the backbone elements for the department.In contrast,the teaching work is too weak.To the seven-year program students,they have strong thinking ability,if we can choose clinical teachers during studying and clinical practice,lay stress on training students' ability on scientific research and their participation in clinical,It can connect basic and clinical knowledge well,and still can develop their ability of clinical.it is so important to culture excellence seven-year program students.
