护理学专业中专女生社交焦虑团体心理辅导的实践研究

摘　　要：运用团体心理辅导的形式,对40名有社交焦虑情绪的护理学专业中专女生进行了为期8周的辅导培训。研究结果表明:团体心理辅导有利于缓解护理学专业中专女生的社交焦虑水平,能帮助其形成合理的认知,建立更积极的心态。Use the form of group psychological counseling,40 social anxiety of nursing college female students was conducted over a period of 8 weeks of training.The results of the study show that: Group psychological counseling helps nursing female students social anxiety,can help them to form a reasonable cognitive,to build a more positive attitude.
