摘　　要：本文通过总结独立学院《文书工作与档案管理》实践教学中存在的问题,探索了改进实践教学的可行途径。从分组讨论增加对知识点的理解、充分发挥范文和技能训练的示范作用、结合观摩实习提高学生认知能力、加大实践教学平台建设等方面,提出了有关改革建设的思路与设想。In this paper,through summarizing the problems in the teaching practice of Secretarial work and Archive Management in independent college,the feasible ways to improve the teaching practice were explored.Ideas of the relevant reform and the construction were put forward based on increasing the understanding of knowledge by the group discussion,model essay,skills training,full play of demonstration,observation to improve students'cognitive ability and increase the teaching practice platform construction etc.
