摘　　要：随着高教国际化的推进,对联合国教科文组织对世界高教发展的影响机制进行探究日益凸显出时代性、战略性。通过对其机构设置及项目活动内容、方式的梳理,与其他国际组织作用方式的比较,对不同国家影响效果的对比等,发现其影响机制具有智力支持、指导性的特点,并对其作用途径及作用机制发挥的影响因素作了分析。In the Global Society,Along with the higher education internationalization strategy propulsion,studying on the mechanism of action of UNESCO on the development of World Higher Education,has Increasingly highlights the epochal and strategic character.By way of carding the offices setting,programs and activities of UNESCO on related fields of higher education,comparing with the other international organizations and the effects on different countries,we can find out the mechanism of action of UNESCO on the development of World Higher Education has the character of intellectual support and guidance.what ’s more,the essay still analysis the Influencing way and influence factors of the mechanism of action.
