摘　　要：舍恩对已有专业教育模式的缺陷进行反思,以实践中专业工作者的真实案例为原型,探寻成功的实践者的工作体现出来的知识本质。"反映的实践者是何种样貌?""行动中反映"的结构是怎样的?对这两个问题的回答及深入展开奠定了舍恩思想大厦的基石。其思想对我国教师教育研究与实践有重要启示。Schon took the real case of professional practice as the prototype,reflecting on defects of the existing mode in education and exploring the nature of knowledge of successful practitioners as well.What characteristics does the reflective practitioner have? What is the structure of reflection-in-action? Answers to these two questions and deep exploring become the cornerstone of Schon's ideological building.His thought has important implications on research and practice of teacher education in China.
