摘　　要：案例教学法源远流长,在英美法系是主要的教学方法,而大陆法系对案例教学法的应用不足。国外的法学教育改革表明,单纯强调案例教学法或讲授法不能适应社会需要。为培养具有职业技能又具有人文素养的法律人才,应当案例法与讲授法结合起来。我国的刑法教学中,除以讲授为主导教学方法,还应充分地发挥案例教学法作用,采取多种形式的案例教学法。The case method has a long history,which is the major method in common law system,but has been ignored in civil law system.Foreign reform of legal education has showed that neither overemphasizing case method nor overemphasizing lecture method meets social needs.To train the compound legal talents who possess both career skill and humanity accomplishment,we must combine case teaching method with lecture method.In our country,besides lecture method which is usually considered as a dominated method,we should bring the case method into full play and carry out various forms of case methods.
