从商人转型看职业教育的转型发展——以宁波帮为例

摘　　要：清代宁波帮随着经济的发展,时代的变迁,行业发生了一系列转型:从商店、菜市到超市的转型;从沙船业到轮船业的转型;从传统的银号、钱庄向现代银行的转型;从手工作坊向近代工厂的转型。宁波帮商人转型的成功案例对发展当代职业教育的启示主要有:注重培养职业教育学生的动手能力;呼唤职业教育功能转型;迫使职业技术学院教学计划与课程设计做相应的转型;要求考试内容与考试手段的转型等。With the development of economy and the changes of the times in the Qing dynasty,the Ningbo confraternity’s business fields became to be changed and a series of transformation occurred: from the shop and vegetable markets to the supermarket;from the Large junk industry to the shipping industry;from the traditional old-style Chinese private bank to the modern bank;from the manual workshop to the modern factory.The development of modern vocational education should be inspired by the successful transformation of Ningbo confraternity’s businessmen: pay attention to the cultivate students' practical ability;call for the function transformation of vocational education;compel the teaching plan and curriculum design,test content and test means to have homologous transformations according to objective requirements.
