摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,在新自由主义思潮和新公共管理运动的影响下,学术资本主义思潮席卷全球。美国作为拥有世界一流大学最多的高教强国也深受其影响。本文从大学资金来源改变、与产业界的联系紧密、学科发展的不均衡和积极争夺海外留学生资源等方面探讨了美国世界一流大学学术资本主义的表现,并着重分析了美国世界一流大学应对学术资本主义的措施及其对我国的启示,以期加速我国世界一流大学建设的步伐。Since the 1990s,under the influence of neoliberalism idea and new public management movement,academic capitalism has been sweeping across the globe.The United States,which owns the largest number of world-class universities in the world,has also been influenced deeply.The paper discusses the manifestations of the Academic Capitalism in American world-class universities from the four following aspects:changes in the sources of university revenues,tight connection with the industry circle,imbalanced development of different disciplines,and active competition for overseas students.The paper also analyses and highlights the countermeasures that American world-class universities deal with academic capitalism and its enlightenments to our country,thus accelerate the pace of building world-class universities in China.
