摘　　要：职业教育逐步被社会和企业所认同,成为当今高等教育人才培养中的重要类型。职业教育战略联盟通过汇聚职业院校的人力与知识、行业和企业的生产条件与硬件资源,在人才共同培养、技术创新服务的基础上,采取集团化、质量与品牌、人才和教育培训服务一体化策略,建立职业教育战略联盟运行的长效机制,提升职业教育战略联盟的核心竞争力。Vocational education has been recognized by the society and enterprises gradually,and has become an important type of talent cultivation in the current higher education.By integrating the manpower and knowledge of vocational institutions with the production conditions and hardware resources of the trade and enterprises,on the basis of mutual talent cultivation and technical innovation service,vocational education strategic alliance adopts the collectivized strategy integrating quality,brand,talents with education training services,establishes the long-term running mechanism of vocational education strategic alliance,and promotes the core competitive power of vocational education strategic alliance.
