摘　　要：职业学校在"双闭环控制"教学质量保障体系下,应该实施系统化育人工程,将德育工作和教学组织与实施全过程、全面融合,创新校园文化建设、促进工业文化进校园、企业文化进课堂。在学校德育工作和校园文化建设方面进行创新研究探索与实践,才能取得明显成效。Vocational colleges shall carry out the systematical cultivating project and integrate the moral education with the overall process of the teaching organization and implementation under the teaching quality assurance system of 'double closed loop control' to innovate in the construction of campus culture,and to promote the industrial culture to enter the campus and the corporate culture to enter the class.Distinct achievements can be reached only by the exploration and practice of innovation research upon the construction of school moral education and campus culture.
