摘 要:利用调研化工行业企业样本数据来分析企业人力资本对探索性技术创新和开发性技术创新的影响.以企业人力资本为自变量,探索性技术创新和开发性技术创新为因变量,企业的知识吸收能力和知识转移能力为中介变量,建立企业人力资本对技术创新影响的概念模型.在对样本数据进行效度分析后,利用BP神经网络进行假设检验.研究表明:化工行业人力资本对探索性、开发性创新和知识转移、知识吸收有显著正影响,同时知识转移对技术创新有显著正影响,知识吸收只对开发性创新有显著正影响.本研究结论对化工行业人力资源管理实践具有一定参考启示作用.This paper analyzes the impact of enterprise human capital on technological innovation by using sample data of enterprises in chemical industry. Taking enterprise human capital as independent variables, exploratory and exploitative innovation as dependent variable, knowledge absorptive capacity and knowledge transfer as intermediary variables, it builds the conceptual model of impact of enterprise human capital on innovation. It tests the hypothesis with BP neural network after making analysis of the validity of sample data. The research shows that human capital in chemical industry has significant positive impact on both two types of technological innovation, knowledge transfer and knowledge absorption. Knowledge transfer has significant positive impact on technological innovation, knowledge absorption only has significant positive impact on exploitative innovation. The conclusion of this research will inspire people who devote themselves in human resource management in chemical industry.
