摘　　要：赤藓糖醇最初作为甜味剂为人们所熟知,它具有独特的理化和生物学特性,这些特性使其在医药行业显示出巨大的应用潜力。本文结合国内外赤藓糖醇的最新研究进展,对赤藓糖醇的特性及其在医药行业的应用作了阐述。Erythritol is a kind of sugar alcohol initially known as a sweetening agent, it possesses unique physicochemical and biological characteristics, which support its tremendous application potential in pharmaceuticals industry. In this paper, based on up to date research progress, the characteristics of erythritol were clarified and its application in pharmaceuticals industry was expounded.
