摘  要:设计了一种单交叉口交通信号灯的模糊控制器,它是根据排队车辆数的多少来控制交通的。针对城市交通中到达路口车辆的随机性特点,以及目前交通灯采用的定相位定时长控制器的缺点,引入了交通灯的相位选择控制器和绿灯延时模糊控制器。相位选择控制器根据当前各红灯相位车流量的大小,以及持续红灯时间来选择下一绿灯相位;绿灯延时模糊控制器根据当前绿灯相位和下一绿灯相位的车流量大小决定绿灯延时时间。然后根据给出的排队车辆平均延误时间模型,对所设计的模糊控制器进行验证。利用Matlab进行仿真得到结果显示,在模糊控制器的控制下,车辆的平均延误时间要比传统的定相位定时长控制器控制下的时间小5.8s,证明了所设计的模糊控制器的有效性。A traffic fuzzy controller for single intersection is designed to control traffic according to the numbers of vehicles waiting in the line.According to the reality and characteristics of urban traffic,the numbers(at a given time)of vehicles approaching a crossroad are usually unpredictable and of random fluctuation.Moreover,the present and widely-used controllers have a common weakness that they work in an inflexible manner of a fixed-phase and a fixed-period.Therefore,firstly,aphase-choosing controller is introduced;secondly,a specific fuzzy controller for the timing of green light is demonstrated.The former tries to choose a consequential green-light-phase by present traffic load upon each red-light-phase,and the continuous span of red light.The green-light-extending fuzzy controller will set the prolonged span of the green light by detecting the traffic load upon the present and the consequential green-light-phase.Afterwards,the paper verifies and tests the efficiency,accuracy and consistency of the fuzzy controllers by using agiven model of the average delayed time of the waiting vehicles.The efficiency and effect of the fuzzy controllers have also been revealed by the simulation on MATLAB-the average waiting time of a vehicle is 5.8seconds,which is shorter than the conventional controllers which work upon fixed-phases and fixed-spans.
