摘 要:仙蜜果属仙人掌科植物,是一种集水果、蔬菜、花卉、药物和环保于一身的纯天然植物.具有很高的经济效益和市场价值,是一种具有巨大开发潜力的植物.本文分析比较仙蜜果花不同部位(花瓣、苞、芯)的营养成分、磷、钙、铜、铁、锌及维生素C含量的差异,以其有利于对该花进行针对性的综合利用和开发.Pitaya is a kind of cactaceous plant .Being looked as fruit, vegetable, flowers, medicine, it can be used to protect environment. It is a very useful plant resource with quite high economic and marketable values. So it is a plant with enormous potential of exploitation. This paper analysed the difference of the nutrient composition of flower petal, bud and core of red-purplepitaya. The nutrient composition including, total protein, crude fat, crude fiber, total free amino acids and vitamin C were studied by international standard methords. As the result, the contents of ash , fat and protein of flower petal were nearly as much as those of flower bud and core. However, the content of total sugar of petal was the most. The contents of soluble protein of petal,bud,core of red-purplepitaya were 11.12%, 3.90% and 8.07%, respectively. There were 819.02, 375.24 and 551.22 mg total free amino acids in petal, bud and core, respectively, in 100 g samples. But the content of vitamin C in the core was the most. The inorganic elements including phosphorus, calcium, copper, iron, and zinc were also determined and compared in these three parts ofPitaya flower. The content of calcium was of obvious difference, the content of calcium in the bud was the most, it can reach to 738.14 mg per 100 g samples.
