摘  要:文章采用问卷调查法和访问法,对我区部分高校弱势群体学生的体育教学内容和方法进行了调查,结果发现学校对弱势群体学生的体育教学和课外体育活动重视不够。认为,高校的体育教学应针对对弱势群体学生的特点,积极开展一些非剧烈、娱乐、实用的教学内容,加强弱势群体学生的体育锻炼意识,增强弱势群体学生的自信心,使这部分学生真正体会到自己受体育教育的权利。Through questionnaires and interviews an investigation is done on the content and methods of physical education for the vulnerable college students of Tibet.It is found that the physical education and extracurricular sport activities for the vulnerable students are underemphasized by the colleges.Therefore,the physical education for the vulnerable college students should be based on the students' physical characteristics and should add some non-violent,recreational and practical teaching content into it so as to strengthen the vulnerable students' physical exercise to increase their confidence.Do it all for the vulnerable students enjoying their right of receiving physical education.
