深化新课程体系研究,推进教学改革,提高思想政治理论课教学的实效性

摘　　要：在实施思想政治理论课新课程方案中,清华大学思政课教师不断深化新课程的研究,构建了新课程的教学体系,实现了从教材体系到教学体系的转变,并出版了相应的辅助教材和课件。同时,结合新的形势新的要求,不断推进教学改革,探索多样化的教学组织方式,普遍落实专题教学,采取探讨式的课堂教学,建设"网络学堂",推进"因材施教"等等,多门课程被评为国家精品课。团结和凝聚了一支政治过硬、业务精、乐于奉献的队伍,该团队所有教师学生评估平均教学效果达到了优秀,获全国首个思想政治理论课国家级教学团队,并建立了"北京高校思想政治理论课教师研修基地",有效发挥了教学示范作用。When implementing the new project of the ideological and political course, the teachers of Tsinghua University study the new course deeply, construct the teaching system of the new course, get the transition from textbook system to teaching system, and publish some reference books and PPTs. At the same time, in light of the new situations and requirements, we promote the teaching reform and discover the diversiform teaching patterns. We practice the teaching model of the special subject widely, adopt seminar in the course of teaching, construct 'the on-line Course' and 'teach students in accordance with their aptitude', therefore, many courses have been rated the National Excellent Course. There are a lot of teachers, who have political integrity, excellent working ability and selfless devotion, and all of them do really well in the teaching. We have been the first national teaching group of the ideological and political course and constructed 'Beijing research and training base for teachers of the ideological and political course', which has an exemplar role in the teaching.
