摘　　要：在统筹我国城乡与东中西部协调发展的新形势下,新一轮部省共建机制将从"全面开花"转向"重点突破",为此,首次提出了江苏率先建设"国家高等职业教育改革创新示范区"的概念和动议,既是必要的,也是可能的。In the situation of coordination of the urban and rural development and the West and East development,a new round of system of building by the department and the province together will develop from full-flowering to breakthrough,so the concept of the first building the national innovation and demonstration area of higher vocational education in Jiangsu province is proposed in the first time,which is both necessary and possible.
