摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职实践教学不可或缺的一种重要形式,在人才培养过程中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。目前,高职顶岗实习中还存在着企(事)业积极性不高,顶岗实习实施难,实习指导与管理不到位,实习质量不高等问题。进一步加强校企合作,加强顶岗实习的组织管理、系统设计和过程管理,是保障与提高高职顶岗实习质量的良策。As an indispensable part of the practice teaching in polytechnics,workplacements play an important role in the higher vocational education.Problems,however,such as enterprises' lacking of interest,hard implementation,poor management,low quality still exist in the practice.It is good idea to fasten the cooperation between schools and enterprises and to improve the management and organization of the workplacements,system planning and processing to guarantee and enhance the quality of workplacements in higher vocational schools.
