摘　　要：高职开展创业教育是缓解就业压力,促进大学生自主发展,实现高职教育可持续发展和建设创新型国家、促进社会经济发展的必然选择。高职要有效实行创业教育,必须更新教育观念,建立健全创业教育工作机制,优化创业教育师资队伍,完善创业教育体系,加强创业实践指导,构建创业教育大平台,以培养学生的创业精神和创业能力,引导、促进学生创业成功。Vocational enterprise education is carried out to ease employment pressure,promote self-development of college students,realize higher vocational education goals,and build a sustainable developing and innovation-oriented country. Higher vocational education should update the concepts of enterprise education,establish a sound working mechanism,optimize the enterprise education faculty,improve enterprise education system,strengthen the entrepreneurial practice guidance,and build a large platform to effectively develop students' entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial capacity and to guide and promote the success of students in enterprise.
