摘　　要：本文为浙江玉环县一个家族企业调查案例。介绍了从老父亲创业到父子传承,再到由于经营思路发生分歧,兄弟分裂后的各自发展,以及兄弟二人不同的二次创业结果,并与玉环整个产业的发展进行了比较分析。A case study of a certain family business in Yuhuan county of Zhejiang province is conducted.There are two brothers in a business family,who have different business strategies.They spitted after succession from their father.And their businesses ran in separate ways.A comparing analysis between their family business and overall local industry has also been done.
