浙江省家族企业引进外资的策略研究

摘　　要：随着中国市场经济体系的不断完善,中国的家族企业迎来了大的发展时机,但也面临着严峻的挑战,其中较突出的问题就是家族企业的融资问题。资金问题成为家族企业可持续化发展的一个重要制约因素,引进外资日渐成为家族企业融资的重要手段之一。本文以浙江省家族企业为调查对象,对浙江省家族企业利用外资现状、制约因素等进行了研究,对家族企业引进外资提出了相应的对策与建议。With the ceaseless improvement of the Chinese market economy system,Chinese family enterprises are facing not only the greatest development opportunity,but also the severe challenge.The financing is one of the most critical issues for the family enterprises.Without doubts,the financing problem has been the bottle - neck factor to the family enterprise sustainable development, and introducing the foreign capital has become one of the most important measures to the family business financing.Targeting the family enterprises in Zhejiang province,the current condition and limitation factors of the foreign capital usage in the family enterprises are studied,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions for introducing foreign capital to the family enterprises are put forward.
