扩招形势下大学外语教学中的学生素质培养策略

摘　　要：基于全国高等学校实施大规模的扩招给我国的高等教育和方方面面的教学改革带来了诸多问题,就如何解决这些问题,如何在大学英语教学中全面实施素质教育加以论述。提出了素质培养的六条策略,具体包括:实施分级教学、教学模式和教学管理模式的改革、学生成绩评定方法的改革、教学手段的现代化、深化人文教育等等。Quality-oriented education has become the most important objective and the necessary tendency of modem education.There are so many problems caused by expanding enrollment which affected the quality-oriented education seriously.Therefore,how to solve these problems and how to develop the quality in students are the critical themes we are faced with.The paper discusses six strategies of quality-oriented education in foreign language teach- ing here.
