广西高师院校开展顶岗支教实习的思考

摘　　要：教育是社会经济、文化发展的根本。高师院校开展顶岗支教实习,既是一种创新的教育实习模式,也是推进贫困地区教育均衡发展,提高贫困地区教师队伍素质的有效支援方式。本文就广西高师院校开展顶岗支教实习的必要性、可行性和实效性提出见解。Education is the root of socio-economic and cultural development.conducting the practice of post-replacement to assist teaching is an innovative educational practice mode and it is an effective means to promote a balanced development of education in poverty-stricken areas and to improve the quality of teachers in these areas.The paper is to offer original views on the necessity and feasibility of conducting the practice of post-replacement to assist teaching in Guangxi normal universities and of how to obtain its effectiveness,which brings practical significance.
