摘　　要：讨论了对比语言学的任务及其理论基础 ;通过英语和汉语在句型结构、词汇及文化差异等三方面的对比 。This paper presents a brief introduction of the tasks and theoretical bases on contrastive linguistics. By exploring the similarities and differences between Chinese and English in sentence structures, vocabulary and culture, it probes into the contrastive Linguistics' implications to college English Teaching and learning.
