摘 要:目的对原子吸收法测定乳粉中钙含量测量结果不确定度进行评定,确保检测结果准确可靠。方法按照测量不确定度评定的通用规则,建立了数学模型,并分析了方法中的不确定度分量及其来源,计算了各分量的不确定度,最后计算检测结果的合成标准不确定度。结果钙含量(8806.92±780.30)mg/kg。结论不确定度主要来源于测量重复性、消化回收率、稀释过程三个方面。Objective The uncertainty of the detection results of calcium using atomic absorption spectrometry has been evaluated,which ensure the detection results accurate and reliable.Methods According to general rule of evaluation of the measurement uncertainty,mathematical model was established and the measurement uncertainty for the determination of calcium using atomic absorption spectrometry was analysed.Finally,combined standard uncertainty of detection results was calculated.Results The content of calcium was 8806.92 ± 780.30 mg/kg.Conclusion Relative standard uncertainty caused by repeatability,digestion recoveries and dilution were the main factors for the determination of calcium using atomic absorption spectrometry.
