英国NVQ对我国会计类专业双证书制度的启示

摘　　要：高校通过形式多样的实训基地、顶岗实习实践锻炼了学生各种能力。在当前体制下,以资格证书为主体能力考核仍然是大学生走向社会,承担各种职业的敲门砖。作为我国高校会计类专业,推行毕业证和会计资格证"双证书"离校制度,不仅增加了学生就业的砝码,更提供了技能型人才培养目标的途径。With various forms of practice bases, colleges and universities can train students’ various abilities in different lines. Under the current system, the qualification certificate as the main ability examination is still a stepping stone for a college student to go into the society and to undertake a career. The accounting major in colleges and universities should propose a graduating system of both diploma and accounting certificate, which not only increase the weight of student employment, but provides more skilled personnel training goal in university education.
