摘  要:随着越来越多的转基因作物获得商业化生产和种植,转基因农产品的安全问题一直都有异议,因此,无论对消费人群还是政府监管部门,快速检测转基因组分都是非常必要。转基因组分的检测通常以核酸为基础进行检测,而环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)是一种等温条件下核酸扩增技术,具有高特异性、高灵敏度、操作简单、成本低廉、结果可视化及不需要专用设备的特点,已逐渐用于转基因组分的检测中。本文针对LAMP技术的原理、优点、关键技术及其在转基因大豆、玉米、水稻等农产品中的应用做一综述,从而为其更广泛的用于转基因组分的检测提供理论依据。As more and more genetically modified (GM) crops are approved for commercialization and planting, transgenic product security issues have been to the objection, therefore, regardless of the consumer or government regulators, the development of rapid detection method for genetically modified components is re-quired. Detection of genetically modified component are usually based on nucleic acid detection, and loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is one isothermal nucleic acids amplification technique. It has the characteristics of high specificity, sensitivity, operator simple, low cost, visualization results and does not require special equipment. This technology has been increasingly used to detect genetically modified compo-nent. In this paper, we reviewed the LAMP technology principle, characteristics, key technology and its appli-cation in the main genetically modified soybeans, corn, rice etc, so it provides theoretical basis for its applica-tion in the detection of genetically modified component.
