摘 要:本文针对目前大学英语教学传统课堂教学模式存在的一些问题进行了分析 ,指出存在的不足 ,强调语言知识必须落实于语言的具体运用。教学只有在结合课文语境或社会背景和语言操练情景下才能让学生亲悟语言知识的运用 ,通过输出检验语言知识掌握的程度。只有将交际原则贯穿于教学整个过程才有利于教学从词、句上升到篇章层次 。This paper will, in connection with the existing problems in the traditional college English classroom teaching activities, make a careful study and point out the shortcomings therein. It will emphasize the language practice of linguistic knowledge learned in real contexts with the belief that learners can experience the use rather than usage of their knowledge only if teaching activities are closely united with the context in which language is practiced. Only then can learners examine how well they have mastered the required learning and understand and be able to use the various uses in contexts if teaching activities are elevated up to the level of discourse from that of the sentential one after communicative principles have been well applied throughout teaching procedures.
