摘　　要：本文系统地评价了代码交际模式的缺点与价值，认为建立在规则之上的代码交际模式不能充分描写人类语言交际过程中的许多复杂现象，如语境的交际参与作用、语言的人际行事功能及理解的认知推理过程等，提出语言应用研究应突破代码交际模式的局限，深入把握交际的意图推理本质。Abstract The paper systematically evaluates the merits and demerits of the code model,arguing that the code model which is rule governed fails to describe fully many complicated phenomena in linguistic communication,for instance,the contextualization of meaning,the interpersonal illocutionary acts,and the cognition process of inference,etc.The author suggests that a macro model should be established on the basis of such factors as cognition and social culture.
