摘　　要：一、问题的提出语言国情学一词来源于俄语。早在２０多年前的７０年代，前苏联为了适应对外政策的需要，大力加强了意识形态方面的宣传和对外俄语教学。在对外俄语教学中除了教授知识外，提出了语言国情学这一新的学科领域。所谓语言国情学是为了区别普通国情学而提出来的...Abstract In the 1960s,there appeared in the USA the study of cross cultural communications;then in the 1970s,Russian cultural linguistics took shape in the former Soviet Union.Later in the 1980s,as cultural studies were attracting worldwide attention,cultural linguistics quietly found its way in China,where linguistics had gradually become a rather advanced discipline.As time goes on,education reform moves along,and the reform in content of education becomes more and more urgent.Culural knowledge,as part of the background knowledge,is an indispensable part of any discipline,especially so of foreign language teaching.Japanese cultural linguistics mainly consists of the study of Japanese thinking,customs and communication skills.Students are required to know the necessary communication skills while learning the foreign language itself.As a specialised course in Japanese teaching,Japanese cultural linguistics shall make the command of communication skills its main goal.
