摘  要:提升教师的专业化水平成为国际汉语教学绩效的关键要素。文本运用文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法,调查了23所高校的51名汉语教师并访谈了有代表性的部分老师,发现制约现阶段哈萨克斯坦汉语教师专业化发展的主要因素在于:哈国汉语教师学历层次不齐,且师范类毕业的教师数量较少;哈国汉语教师培训机会匮乏,培训效果有待提升;在教学中教师不是特别重视学生的口语训练。今后要促进哈国汉语教师专业化发展需要建立多元的、系统的、长效的教师培养体系。Along with China's economic development, growing overall national strength and further relationship between China and Kazakhstan, 'learning Chinese' has become a trend in Kazakhstan. The key factors responsible for success or failure in Chinese teaching lies in teachers' professional level. The essay writers adopt methods of literatures, questionnaire and interview that cover 51 Chinese teachers in 23 institutions of higher education and find main factors obstructing Chinese teachers' professional development in Kazakhstan as follows: Chinese teachers' education background at different degrees; teachers graduated from normal institutions in smaller number;slim chance of receiving training for Chinese teachers with training effect yet to be improved. In teaching, teachers don't set special stress on students' oral training. In order to promote Chinese teachers' professional development, it is necessary to establish a multiple, systematic and efficient teachers' training system.
